Charles N. Redihan, Jr.
Mr. Redihan began practicing law in 1976. He joined Kiernan, Plunkett & Redihan as a partner in 1990. He has practiced primarily in the areas of Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Title Defense, Commercial Litigation, Environmental Law, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Professional Liability, Business Law, Construction Law, Will & Trusts, Real Estate and Probate. Mr. Redihan is an experienced trial attorney in both the state and federal courts and has argued before the Rhode Island Supreme Court numerous times.
Mr. Redihan has lectured for the National Business Institute on the topic of Insurance Coverage. He also lectures to various trade groups about Estate Planning. In addition, he lectured to the Rhode Island Association for Justice on the "Resolution of Liens" in the fall of 2008. He was a member of the Station Fire Plaintiffs' Steering Committee. He obtained a settlement in excess of $1,000,000.00 for a local business a claim against its insurer for breach of contract and bad faith. He successfully defended an international business at trial against allegations of breach of contract where damages exceeding $500,000.00 were sought.
